Requirements

• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and product development architecture
• Experience in another role before moving into product - a Customer Success, Support, or similar background is a real plus
• Demonstrated experience working with remote, cross-cultural teams across multiple time zones
• Customer Insight & Discovery - understands user needs, pain points, and motivations.
• Strategic Thinking - connects decisions in your product area to customer needs and team priorities
• Data-Informed Decision Making - uses data to guide choices, even with ambiguity.
• Clear & Adaptive Communication - complex to simple, and with the audience in mind.
