Requirements

• Recent Junior Military Officer (JMO) experience with demonstrated leadership of teams, missions, operations, or complex programs.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical discipline, operations, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional execution, operating under constraints, managing competing priorities, and making sound decisions with incomplete information.
• Demonstrated ability to build credibility quickly with technical, operational, and front-line teams.
• Strong communication skills, business judgment, ownership mindset, and bias for disciplined execution.
• Ability to work full-time onsite supporting Austin Operations needs.
• Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, supply chain, aviation, naval, aerospace, semiconductor, industrial, or other complex operational environments.
• Familiarity with Lean, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, project management, or operational excellence methods.
