Requirements

• Utilize Jira to Document requirements for configuration changes in partnership with Product Owner and Business Owners.
• Under general direction, configures and customizes HR technology systems to align with HR processes, policies, and requirements.
• Develops and maintains data analytics and reporting capabilities to provide HR and management with meaningful insights.
• Delivers training programs and resources to educate HR users on the functionality and best practices of HR technology systems.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR technology systems by streamlining workflows, eliminating redundancies, and enhancing system capabilities to drive efficiency
• Develops and maintains system documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and system configuration documentation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjust priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of attention to detail.
• Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities.
