Requirements

• Experience with an ATS or hiring platform such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
• Experience with an EOR provider such as Remote, Deel, or Oyster.
• HRIS implementation or migration project experience.
• Experience supporting a team through organizational change.

• Competitive compensation: €56,520 - €70,650 base pay + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs). This role doesn't carry a bonus component.
