Apply Description Job Summary: The BESS Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time by providing accurate schedule forecasts, identifying risks, and supporting project teams with data-driven insights across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and energization phases. Requirements

• Maintain schedule standards, templates, and best practices across the portfolio
• Other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of project scheduling experience in utility-scale energy, power generation, or heavy civil construction
• Direct experience supporting BESS, solar, wind, or substation projects
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (required)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, procurement lead times, and commissioning activities
