Requirements

• 7-10+ years experience in consumer and market research, data analysis, consulting, strategy
• Proven experience working in stakeholder-facing insights, strategy, analytics, or research teams within media owners, agencies, or platform organizations.
• German and English language proficiency required; French is a plus.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience representing insights at high-profile consumer, B2B, and client-facing events.
• Deep expertise in mixed-methodology research, including:
• Qualitative methods (ethnography, focus groups, moderated and AI-moderated interviews, social listening)
• Quantitative methods (survey design, segmentation, brand tracking, statistical analysis)
• Strong understanding of the German media and advertising landscape
