Requirements

• You regularly work and keep up with AI tools (i.e Claude Skills, Cowork, Codex etc) to support your work.
• You can identify tradeoffs between building systems or processes that don’t scale to ensure successful outcomes.
• You have strong communication skills and can work with both technical and non-technical audiences. This includes teams like Research, Data Science, Product, Security, Legal, Support, and Customer Succ
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills that allow you to act with high agency, at multiple altitudes.
• You know when to prioritize collecting more information and when to make decisions with limited data.
• You can operate in a fast paced environment where priorities and challenges can change quickly.
• Strong knowledge of basic scripting, APIs, MySQL, MCPs and similar open source technologies.
• Knowledge of and experience using one or more of the following languages - Python, Go, C++ or Java and are comfortable with Github, CLI, etc.
