Requirements

• 3+ years in packaging design, brand design, or creative direction with ownership from concept through production
• Portfolio showing at least 2–3 packaging systems that shipped to retail, covering both structural and graphic work
• Advanced Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign for dielines, artwork, and print layout
• Working knowledge of packaging structures, substrates, print processes, and production specifications
• Experience designing for consumer electronics, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer packaged goods brands
• Demonstrated development of brand identities extended across packaging, retail, and marketing touchpoints
• C1+ English (CEFR) for presenting concepts to client-side stakeholders
• Adobe Dimension or Cinema 4D for 3D packaging mockups and visualization
