Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in CRM automation or marketing automation.
• CRM Automation: Hands-on experience with trigger-based lifecycle campaigns, including welcome flows, deposit conversion, churn prevention, and reactivation.
• Automation Systems: Strong understanding of event-driven logic, customer segmentation, and CRM automation platforms such as Smartico, FastTrack, Customer.io, Optimove, or similar.
• Analytics: Strong analytical skills and practical experience with Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with Product, Analytics, Content, and Design teams to coordinate and deliver CRM campaigns.
