Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Motion Designer in marketing, ideally focused on performance / UA creatives
• Portfolio showcasing your motion design work (performance marketing video ads are a big plus)
• Strong proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro Solid understanding of what makes a performance creative work: hooks, pacing, retention, CTAs
• Ability to ship at high cadence without losing quality
• Basic sound design and mixing skills
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher English
• Hands-on experience with AI video / image / audio tools (Runway, Kling, Sora, Pika, Higgsfield, ElevenLabs, Suno, Midjourney)
