Requirements

• Partner with Compliance on efficient approvals and maintain a clear communications audit trail
• Proven hands-on experience building multi-step nurture journeys and automated flows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You must be able to demonstrate what you have personally built; applications without
• Strong practical experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Content Builder, Data Extensions and SQL for segmentation. AMPscript is an advantage; for Marketing Cloud Next, exper
• Demonstrable experience running WhatsApp as a marketing channel, including opt-ins, template approvals and the 24-hour service window. Email-only experience is not sufficient
• Experience owning conversion performance, with clear examples of baseline results, changes made and measurable outcomes
• Solid knowledge of email deliverability, consent and data-protection requirements across multiple jurisdictions
• Comfortable writing automated-message copy and briefing creative where needed
• Fluent English, written and spoken
